1. Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, professional profile, selected challenge, event participation information, communication preferences, consent records, referral details and technical information used for security and website measurement.

2. How we use information

We use information to process registration; provide confirmation, reminders and joining information; communicate according to your choices; provide support; understand registration sources; prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations. Resource links are shared only during the live masterclass.

3. Legal basis and consent

We process information to fulfil your registration request, operate the event, meet legitimate security and administrative needs, comply with law and act on your consent where required. You may withdraw optional marketing consent at any time.

4. WhatsApp and third-party platforms

If you join a WhatsApp group, your profile information and phone number may be visible to other group participants according to WhatsApp’s features and policies. Webinar, email, analytics, database and hosting providers may process information under their respective terms.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers supporting registration, communication, analytics, security and event delivery, or when required by law.

6. Cookies and analytics

We may use essential cookies and, with any required consent, analytics technologies to understand website use and measure campaign performance. Non-essential tracking will not load before required consent. If you choose “Remember me on this device”, we store a private, revocable token (no personal details) in a secure cookie for 90 days so you can register again in one click; you can clear it anytime with “Forget this device”.

We use Meta Pixel (1433925398313761) on the homepage and registration confirmation page for advertising measurement and ad optimization. Meta Platforms may receive page URLs, browser information, IP addresses, advertising cookie identifiers and a confirmed registration event with a random event identifier. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, professional profiles, selected challenges or financial details to Meta. Automatic form collection and automatic events are disabled in our installation.

In regions requiring prior consent, advertising tracking stays off until you accept; if your region cannot be determined, the same protection applies. Elsewhere it may run without a banner, subject to saved refusals and applicable browser privacy signals. Accepting or rejecting advertising cookies is separate from signing up for email updates. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time through Cookie settings at the bottom of the website. Withdrawal stops future events; blocked past events are not replayed.

We store your advertising choice on your device with a random visitor identifier, country where available, decision time and the version of the notice shown. Previous decisions are retained locally as consent evidence, including earlier acceptance after withdrawal. Registration measurement references the advertising choice at registration and checks your latest choice before sending. Clearing browser storage removes these local records. Meta processes received information under its own Privacy Policy.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for event delivery, selected follow-up, administrative records, security, disputes and legal obligations. Retention practices are reviewed periodically and deletion requests are assessed under applicable law.

8. Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent. You may unsubscribe from optional marketing and leave the WhatsApp group at any time.

10. Children’s privacy

This masterclass and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate authorization.

11. International processing

Some service providers may process information outside your state or country. Appropriate contractual and security measures are used where required.
