1. Acceptance

By using this website or registering, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not register or use the service.

2. Educational purpose

The masterclass, resources and communications are for general educational and personal-development purposes. They are not financial, investment, tax, legal, medical, psychological or mental-health advice.

3. No guarantees

No income, financial, business, personal or other result is guaranteed. Results depend on individual circumstances, decisions, effort, skills, market conditions and other factors.

4. Registration eligibility and accuracy

You must provide accurate information and use your own contact details. Registration may be refused or cancelled for false information, abuse, disruption, unauthorized access or violation of these terms.

5. Event access

Event dates, times, speakers, content, platforms and availability may change for reasonable operational reasons. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify registered participants of material changes.

6. Free resources

The six resource links are shared during the live masterclass near the end of the teaching session, before Q&A. Registration alone does not qualify, and there is no recording or replay. A registrant who misses the session may register for or attend a future live Wednesday session. Resources may not be resold, redistributed or used commercially without written permission.

7. Intellectual property

The masterclass name, teaching materials, videos, worksheets, assessments, downloads and designs are owned by or licensed to Raaghava Reddy unless stated otherwise. Registration grants personal, non-transferable use for individual learning.

8. Recording and conduct

Participants may not record, reproduce, broadcast, disrupt or commercially exploit the masterclass without written permission and must communicate respectfully.

9. Paid offer disclosure

The free masterclass may include an invitation to a paid coaching program. Purchase is optional and governed by the offer terms presented at that time.

10. Third-party services

Webinar, WhatsApp, email, payment, hosting and other third-party services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for interruptions outside our reasonable control.

11. Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, Raaghava Reddy and associated providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses. You are responsible for claims arising from unlawful use, misuse of materials or violation of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer rights, disputes will be handled by competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
